On the day of 21st December, Sikkim Government announced Creatorpreneur Scheme for the welfare of Social Media Influencers. Now they all are able to earn money while sitting their home. They only just made reels video on state government welfare schemes and earn money from the state government.
If you have minimum 500 followers on any social media account then you are eligible to avail cash benefits under the scheme. Sikkim State Government distributes Rs 10,000 to Rs 5 lakhs rupees to the digital content creator. This is depends on how many followers you have on social media platforms.
How much Cash Incentive will be paid by government under Creatorpreneur Scheme?
Cash incentive depends on number of followers you have. Just like of you have 500 to 1000 followers then you will get 10,000 rupees per month as a reels video creator. Same way if you have 10k to 50k followers then you will be paid nearly Rs 30,000 by the state government.
If you have 50k to 100k followers then you will get Rs 50,000 rupees, if you have 100k to 500k followers on any social media then you will be paid nearly Rs 1 Lakh Rupees, if you have 500k to 1 million followers then you will get Rs 3 Lakh cash incentive and if you have more than 1 million followers and post government schemes related reels video then you will get Rs 5 Lakhs rupees.
100 Crores will be spent
Officials said that through this scheme state government would be spending 100 crores rupees annually to the unemployed youth or social media influencers. Earlier this budget has been spent to the other advertisers platform but now it will become earning potential for the youth of the Sikkim.
Who are eligible for Reels Banao Paise Kamao Yojana in Sikkim?
Those who are digital content creator like social media influencer who makes regular reels video on their social media account are eligible for Sikkim Creatorpreneur Yojana. Along with that only Sikkim permanent resident are eligible and applicant must have minimum 500 followers on their any social media account. State government doesn't clear about the age of candidates.
